The fire lapped at his side slightly, the heat coaxing his gaze away from the stars. Frozen, no matter how vigiorus the blaze was, how loud the crackles were. He stood frozen on the spot.

That song, it echoed throughout the space, vibrating against his ribs and rattling what remained of his heart. 'Don't know where...don't know when...'. A light, one of the few gentle warmths around him. A muffled voice, pairs of pink limbs reaching out for him, pink frills rippling about in the cosmos.

Finally, one hand clung desperate to a thigh, then the other. He kept going, his legs kicking and scramling to cling to meet the rest of him atop the stomach of the resting beast. His eye tracing the slow rhythmic breathing of her chest, the lazy slump of her arms twisted into inhuman shapes.

Hands grasping at her tank top. He sighed, raised his head and slammed it hard against her's.
